First apartment? First fridge. First aircon.

But receipts fade. Warranty cards disappear. And return periods end quietly.

Meet Keeptrail.

Snap the receipt or the warranty card. Keeptrail reads it right on your phone, and tracks every deadline.

Every room, every item, and what to do today.

Electric fan stopped working? See if it's still under warranty, and make your claim file in one tap.

Ask Kip in your own words. Or just tell it what happened, in English or Filipino.

No internet needed. Kip works right on your phone, and nothing ever leaves it.

Keeptrail. Keep track of everything you own.

Sound familiar?

Five new things. Five warranties. One drawer.

You moved into your first place and bought a fridge, an aircon, a fan, a rice cooker and a new phone. Then the fan stops working. Is it still covered? Where's the receipt?

  • FridgeWarranty: 2 years
  • AirconClean the filter
  • Electric fanReturn by Friday
  • Rice cookerCard: lost
  • New phoneReceipt: somewhere
  1. Step 1: Snap it

Photo the receipt or warranty card, or just tell Kip what you bought.

  2. Step 2: It's read on your phone

The date, store and warranty are filled in. Anything unclear becomes one question.

  3. Step 3: Never miss a deadline

Return days, warranties and cleaning come to you as reminders.

What it does

Everything your things need, in one app.

  • Each thing you own lives in its room, with its proof and its deadlines.

    • Receipts, warranty cards, manuals and serial numbers on one page.
    • A claim-ready score shows what's still missing.
    • Payment screenshots count as proof of payment too.
  • Photos are read right on your phone. When something is unclear, Kip asks.

    • Camera, gallery or a file: receipts, warranty cards, boxes, stickers.
    • The date, the store and the warranty, read without the internet.
    • Faded or handwritten? One plain question, never a guess.
  • Sorted by what's due first, so nothing slips.

    • Last day to return, warranty ends, next cleaning.
    • A reminder at 9 AM on the day it matters.
    • Swipe a row to mark it done.
  • Keeptrail checks the warranty first, then helps you start a claim or record a repair.

    • See right away if it's likely still under warranty.
    • Show Proof puts the receipt full screen for the store counter.
    • Repairs stay in the item's history.
  • Proof, dates and details in one PDF for the service center.

    • Claim steps, reference numbers and the service center in one place.
    • A follow-up reminder, so a claim never goes quiet.
    • Hand over one PDF with everything they ask for.
  • Kip and photo reading work right on the phone: in a basement, in the province, at 2 AM.

    • The app has no internet permission at all.
    • Search your scanned manuals: "What does E4 mean?" finds the page.
    • Nothing to sign in to, nothing to sync, nothing to wait for.

Meet Kip

Just tell Kip. It handles the rest.

Type it the way you'd text a friend. Kip turns it into a draft, and nothing is saved until you tap Save.

  • "Bought an electric fan for 1,899, one-year warranty"
  • "Cleaned the aircon filter today"
  • "Nilinis ko na ang filter"
  • "What's still under warranty?"
Kip's chat: you say you cleaned the aircon filter today, and Kip shows 'Here's what I'll save' with Save, Edit and Discard.
Nothing saved until you tap Save
  • Just say what happened

Kip shows one card with what it will save. Edit it, or tap Save.

  • Or use your voice

Talk instead of typing. Your words turn into text on the phone.

  • Works without internet

Kip runs on your phone, in English, Filipino and Taglish.

  • Snap receipts and warranty cards

Tap Snap in the chat and Kip reads the photo for you.

Ready before it breaks

Not just stored. Ready.

Small nudges that take seconds, so you're ready when something breaks.

  • Feedback after every save

One useful line: what's covered, and what's still missing.

  • Claim-ready score

Proof, dates, serial number and a photo, checked per item.

  • Quick notes

A model number or a service center's hours. Kip can add them too.

  • Weekly home check

One short look at your week, on the day you choose.

  • Saved with Keeptrail

Note what a good claim or return saved you. It adds up the year.

  • Light and dark

Easy on the eyes, day or night. It follows your phone.

Questions

Good questions.

Kip asks when it isn't sure. Fair to do the same.

When is it coming? Is there an iPhone version?

Soon, on Android. A small group of testers tries it first, and the launch list hears the day it's out. There's no iPhone version yet.

Does it need the internet?

No. Keeptrail can't connect to the internet at all. Kip, photo reading and reminders all work on the phone, even in airplane mode.

Where is my data?

Only on your phone, locked. There's no account and no cloud. You can save a password-protected backup copy wherever you like.

What if Keeptrail reads a receipt wrong?

You check the details before anything is saved. If something is unclear, like a handwritten date, Kip asks instead of guessing.

What if I lose my phone?

Keep a backup copy somewhere else, like a computer or a USB drive, and restore it on your next phone. Daily backups on the phone only undo mistakes.

Is there a subscription?

No subscription and no ads. An optional cloud may come later if people ask for it, and the app will always work without it.

Which languages does Kip understand?

English, Filipino and Taglish. Kip replies in the language you used. The app's screens are in English.

Will reminders nag me?

No. A reminder comes at 9 AM on the day something needs you. You can mute any item, and move or turn off the weekly home check.

Try Keeptrail before anyone else.

Testers get it free, for good. Keep it on your phone for 14 days and tell me what breaks.
